Banxlocal.uk Limited (“Banxlocal”, “we”, “us”) operates an independent branch network and a digital platform enabling access to multiple partner banks and financial services. We are incorporated in England & Wales (registration number 15003674) and are wholly owned by BL Holdings Limited.

 

The Services
Our services include:

• Access to banking services from partner banks via Banxlocal branches and kiosks

• A multi-provider dashboard and app experience

• Payments, foreign exchange, savings, lending, and insurance marketplace access

• Identity verification using biometrics (face, voice, fingerprint), document management, and onboarding support

 

Your Obligations
By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and resident in the UK

• The information you provide is complete, accurate, and up-to-date

• You will cooperate with know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks when requested

• You will only use Banxlocal for lawful purposes

 

Security and Privacy
We implement security protocols to safeguard personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes encrypted communications, device-level biometrics, secure login, and data management under applicable UK data protection laws.

 

Use of Services
Banxlocal does not provide banking services directly. Instead, we facilitate access to services operated by our partner banks. Any transactions, accounts, or products remain under the contractual relationship with those partner banks.

 

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Banxlocal service if we suspect misuse, breach of these terms, or legal or regulatory concerns. You may terminate your use at any time by contacting us.

 

Liability
We make reasonable efforts to operate reliably and securely. However, Banxlocal disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable damages arising from use of our services, except where required by law. Our liability is limited to direct, foreseeable losses caused by our negligence.

 

Changes to the Agreement
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

 

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England.
